2,000 BRAILLE SHEETS to BLIND SCHOOL
ON 28-08-2007 MISSION 5
donated 2,000 BRAILLE SHEETS to
SRI RAKUM SCHOOL for the BLIND,
Indiranagar.
Mission also organized a trip
for a group of 18 students from
Garden City College, to help them
see how the visually challenged children
live life amidst perpetual darkness.
This Blind School is a temple of knowledge and shelter to more than 300 visually- impaired children with separate hostels for boys and girls.
Mission 5 has been helping the school
with 2,000 BRAILLE SHEETS
since its initiation in FEBRUARY,2007.
SLIPPERS TO CHILDREN AT ORPHANAGE
MISSION 5
distributed a pair of slippers
each to all 23 children of
JIVITHA ANATHASHRAMA,
an orphanage at Anandapura
on 26-08-2007.
JIVITHA ANATHASHRAMA,
is a home to 23 deprived children.
Mission 5 has been helping the children with basic neccesities and organising a monthly medical check-up.
Further, 4 children from this orphanage are studying under Mission 5 's project "3HELP 1 CHILD".
